During this course, I will show you my best tips and tricks for understanding kids and food, how to eat a meal as a family, ways to adapt your cooking for different eaters, and my best practices when offering sugar and snacks.
I have certain expectations of participants. I would like to request that participants don't share negative comments in our office hour meetings, like "My kids wouldn't touch that" or "I would never serve that (low quality) food to my kids" or "That food is toxic" etc.
This should be a safe, positive space for everyone to learn and gain encouragement and new ideas. In addition, I cannot give medical advice during this course.
Ready to get started?
No. The course is online and self-paced so you can watch at your own time. The only live component is the office hour weekly meetings via zoom where you can join me to ask questions.
I will be available via zoom on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) to answer any questions students have. You can access the zoom invite through the membership portal. Please feel free to join and ask me anything!
You can still take the course, but it will limit the support you can receive from other students.
I will be there every step of the way and will answer any questions you have during our weekly office hour meetings. You can also contact me via the private Facebook page or through email at email@example.com. For any tech questions, please contact my assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will not need any fancy kitchen equipment, although I will offer suggestions on my favorite go-to tools. Having basic tools like a cutting board, knife, sheet pan, and skillet are great!.
No problem! I will offer plenty of substitutions you can use to adapt recipes.
Each student will receive login details after signing up to access their own private account on the membership portal (login link located on my site, under Bootcamps) where course content is organized into modules. This is where you will be able to access pdf downloads, class videos, and office hour meeting information. Plus, you will have lifetime access to your membership account.
